This is the foundational architecture of the Coherence Hub as a Container Framework — an operational protocol designed for trust and collaboration. The Hub provides shared infrastructure: a shared language (Ontology), an accountability system (Trust Ledger), a thoughtful entry mechanism (Gate), and bootstrap capital (Grants). Users write their own code, launch their own websites, and run their own businesses — independent of Hub control, yet aligned with its mechanisms.
The nine components
A rigid shared dictionary mapping Old-World terms to precise mechanical definitions.
The compiler. Commitments logged, tracked, verified. Trust Score = Honored ÷ Issued.
The constructor. Friction-based entry — a 200+ word counter-argument, not a paywall.
The sensor array. Ratings trigger The Cliff: < 2.5 avg → 72-hour kill or fix.
Bootstrap capital. 1,000 USDT for Trust ≥ 70. No equity, no debt — signal is the return.
Utility-first token. 1M hard cap. Earned, not sold. 4-year vesting. Howey-defensible.
The user agreement. The Hub verifies; it does not own your code, IP, or business.
Real-time alignment scanner. Embeds the Ontology directly into builders’ output.
The sovereign identity. A quantum-encrypted DID anchoring Trust + Health to one verifiable entity, with a scannable QR.
Architectural properties
| Modular | Ontology, Ledger, Gate, Grants, and Token are independent, replaceable components. |
| Self-Correcting | Feedback loops and The Cliff automatically kill failing modules without human ego. |
| Scalable | The Trust Ledger scales horizontally; new nodes join without breaking the system. |
| Composable | Builders combine modules in novel ways to launch new apps. |
| Finite | 1M CET hard cap prevents dilution and creates long-term scarcity. |
| Incentive-Aligned | Earned tokens and grants align user behavior with container health. |
The oversight model
A strict boundary between the Container and the User:
| What the Hub oversees | What users own |
|---|---|
| Commitment Verification (Honored / Breached) | Their own codebase |
| Grant Milestone Verification | Their own website / domain |
| Module Quality (Feedback / Cliffs) | Their own business models |
| Access (revocation if Trust < 40) | Their own IP and customer data |
User flow
- Read the Ontology and the Compact.
- Enter through The Gate (submit a 200+ word counter-argument).
- Log your first commitment in the Trust Ledger.
- Earn a Trust Score by honoring commitments.
- Apply for a 1,000 USDT grant (if Trust ≥ 70).
- Build your website/app using the Base44 playbook.
- Embed the Coherence Widget to align your content.
- Govern the Hub via earned CET tokens.
- Generate your Coherence ID and QR — the public key to your verifiable reputation.
Regulatory & compliance
- CET design: engineered to fail the Howey Test — utility-first, earned, active governance.
- Legal entity: form a Delaware C-Corp as the issuing entity.
- Exemptions: designed for SEC Reg D (accredited) or Reg A+ (public) compliance.
This is a draft for securities counsel, not legal advice.
This is an open protocol, released iteratively. Several modules are implemented; others are under active development. The framework is designed to evolve through evidence and community participation.
