The Coherence Container is an open platform designed to help individuals, teams, organizations, and institutions become more trustworthy, resilient, and effective over time.

Rather than focusing on isolated self-improvement tools, it combines practical software, research, governance models, and community incentives into a single ecosystem centered on measurable trust and continuous improvement.

The goal is simple: make coherence easier than fragmentation. Instead of relying on reputation alone, the platform explores ways to verify commitments, reward meaningful contributions, encourage open research, and support healthier forms of collaboration.

The project is being developed openly and is intended to evolve through community participation, evidence, and continuous refinement. Each component has been specified, with several modules already implemented and others under active development. The architecture is designed as an integrated system, with modules being released iteratively.

2. The Ontology

Coherence is the alignment of presence, authenticity, and care across the dimensions of human life. It is not a feeling; it is a measurable, structural state that can be observed over time.

The platform distinguishes between value-creating interactions ("deposits") and value-consuming interactions ("extraction"). The objective is to design systems that reward contribution rather than exploitation.

A node is any individual participating in the ecosystem. A witness is a node that observes without reacting, names without judging, and builds without extracting. The field is the network of relationships, environments, institutions, and feedback loops that shape human experience.

Sovereignty is the foundation — the capacity to hold one's own energy, boundaries, and coherence without dependence on external conditions. Rest is not the absence of work; it is the foundation of all generative action.

3. The Six Domains

The platform organizes human life into six domains of coherence: Physiological Coherence, Psychological Coherence, Behavioral Coherence, Interpersonal Coherence, Organizational Coherence, and Institutional Coherence.

Coherence is measured across all six — a node strong in one domain but dysregulated in another is not yet coherent. Every module, practice, and assessment maps to one or more domains, ensuring that growth is integrated rather than fragmented.

4. The Platform Framework

The framework is the operating system of the platform, composed of interoperable modules: the Ontology, the Trust Ledger, the Gate, the Feedback System, the Grant Program, CET Tokenomics, the Coherence Compact, the Coherence Widget, and the Coherence ID.

Each module has a defined function, oversight boundary, and regulatory standard. Together they form a protocol-based system for decentralized governance and builder alignment — a versioned specification for the platform's architecture that is designed to evolve through iteration.

5. The Trust Ledger & Trust Score

The Trust Ledger records voluntary commitments and whether they were fulfilled. Rather than measuring popularity or opinion, it focuses on observable follow-through.

Over time this creates a portable trust history that individuals and organizations can choose to share. The Trust Score is a 0-100 measure of a node's track record of honored commitments — not opinion, but verifiable behavior over time.

Trust is earned through demonstrated follow-through. It cannot be bought, borrowed, or faked. It is the structural currency of the ecosystem, gating access to higher levels of participation.

6. The Gate

The Gate encourages thoughtful engagement by asking participants to critically examine core ideas before joining the community. It invites high-resolution counter-arguments against the platform's core premises and AI-screens them for intellectual engagement.

The Gate is not a wall. It is a proving ground — a mechanism designed to ensure the community is never an echo chamber and remains willing to be falsified by honest critique.

7. CoherencePath — The Onboarding

CoherencePath is the structured onboarding program: sovereignty pre-work and public declaration, daily stillness practice and journaling, shadow work, a nature retreat reset, nervous-system regulation assessment, and a final review before entering the ecosystem.

It is not a course. It is a path of embodiment — the journey from borrowing energy to generating it.

8. CET Tokenomics & Genesis

CET is designed as a utility token that rewards meaningful participation within the ecosystem. It is earned through verified coherence practice and contribution, vested over time, and redeemable within the platform's economic engine.

The Genesis allocation granted a fixed supply to the first 100 coherent nodes (Trust Score >= 85), vesting over four years with a one-year cliff — a one-time, first-come distribution that seeded the platform's most aligned participants.

9. The Academic Pipeline

The platform operates a complete academic publishing pipeline. Contributors submit research papers, case studies, and protocols as Deposits. Each deposit is AI-screened for coherence, reviewed by moderators, and on approval is published, DOI-minted via Zenodo, and mirrored to arXiv for Google Scholar indexing.

Substantive module feedback is also converted into DOI-minted Research Notes, archived publicly. Subscribers receive notifications when new notes are published. The pipeline turns lived practice into verifiable, citable knowledge.

10. The Corporate Integration Layer

Organizations can voluntarily participate by committing a percentage of profits toward research, education, or community development. In return they become eligible for visibility within the platform's discovery tools and verification framework.

The objective is not advertising. It is to reward organizations that consistently demonstrate transparency and follow-through. Companies that prove their coherence and honor their commitments gain structured visibility, and Coherence and Trust Scores are computed for every integrated company.

Integration is offered through a tiered contribution model — Basic (1%), Standard (2.5%), and Full (5%) of net profits — and visibility is earned through verified alignment rather than purchased placement.

11. The Affiliate Program

Nodes participate in the affiliate program through unique referral codes, earning a share of advertising revenue from integrated companies they refer — 5% direct commission and 2% second-level, tracked transparently.

This is the systemic growth loop: the platform expands because its nodes are rewarded for stewarding its growth, and growth is funded by the advertising revenue it generates.

12. The Bounty System

The bounty program rewards verified contributions across six types — referrals, company integrations, research deposits, module development, bug reporting, and community building. Each claim is submitted, reviewed, and rewarded.

Rewards range from revenue shares to Trust Score bonuses to governance weight, ensuring that every form of contribution — technical, social, or intellectual — is recognized and compensated.

13. Advertising Credits

The credit system is the immediate incentive layer. Nodes earn advertising credits the moment a contribution is verified: 100 for a referral, 500 for an integration, 200 for research, 300 for a module, 50 for a bug, 150 for community building.

Credits are tied to the advertising filter layers, valued at 1 credit = $1 USD, and redeemable for USDT or CET. Every award and redemption is logged in the Trust Ledger. The system is funded by advertising revenue and is designed to be self-sustaining — it turns the platform's growth into tangible, instant value for its participants.

14. Board Seats — The Capstone

Board seats on VC projects within the platform are offered to high-coherence nodes — the capstone of the incentive pyramid. Eligibility requires a Trust Score of 85 or higher sustained over 12+ months, consistent regulation, a deposit history, declared sovereignty, and proven contributions.

Boards mix founders, external experts, and high-coherence nodes (30-50% node representation), with 2-3 year re-earnable terms. Board seats are the highest expression of earned trust — governance influence earned through sustained coherence, not granted.

15. Coherence Search — The Filter Layers

Coherence Search is an alternative discovery model that prioritizes trusted expertise and verified contributions rather than engagement-driven ranking algorithms. It indexes curated, verified sources — Hub modules, SMEs, certified content, and community knowledge — and ranks them by Trust Score and Coherence Score.

The filter layers extend across search, the Google filter, AI agents, and the media arm. Integrated companies earn visibility through these layers, and that visibility funds the credit reserve that rewards the nodes who built them.

16. The Oversight Coordinator

The Oversight Coordinator is the platform's AI communication nervous system. It monitors activity across the ecosystem and identifies situations that may be relevant to each member — board offers, research requests, governance votes, bounty opportunities, and trust alerts.

Members who opt into notifications receive relevant updates about opportunities, governance proposals, research collaborations, and community activity. Every communication is logged in the Trust Ledger, and members control what they receive.

17. The Evolution Engine

The platform evolves through a structured iteration cycle: proposals (with falsifiable hypotheses) move through draft, review, alpha, beta, consensus, and deployment. Deployed proposals are measured against predicted impact, and outcomes drive a keep/improve/remove decision.

Feedback aggregation per module per period produces deprecation recommendations — modules that fail the platform's coherence standard are deprecated. The system is designed to improve itself through evidence.
